Developed and built by REIS, and overlooking sublime vistas of the water and scenic coastline, Twin Sisters Cottage is a quintessential beach house located on the stunning shores of Georgian Bay.

Built using reclaimed wood timbers, the cottage exudes a light and airy feel, further accentuated by an abundance of glass, windows, and wide doorways. The pine and fir timbers complement the natural surroundings, evoking a sense of elevated yet rustic warmth.

The design vision behind this waterfront cottage was guided by a sense of anticipation. An ingenious combination of the narrow approach and the hidden courtyard conceals the million-dollar view of Georgian Bay until you move into the Great Room. As you step into the main living space, only then does the wide expanse of glass reveal the majesty of Georgian Bay’s deep blue waters.
